Microsoft commissioned INVIVIA to rethink and introduce new functionality to the QWERTY keyboard and core windows navigation. After extensive analysis and study of the different ergonomic, economic, cognitive, and social forces that drive the design of such a ubiquitous product, we introduced the new Windows Interaction Key (WINK)- now a key feature across all Window Keyboards.
