Microsoft commissioned INVIVIA to rethink and introduce new functionality to the QWERTY keyboard and core win- dows navigation. After extensive analysis and study of the different ergonomic, economic, cognitive, and social forc- es that drive the design of such a ubiquitous product, we introduced the new Windows Interaction Key (WINK)- now a key feature across all Window Keyboards.
